Transaction Analyzer
What is it?
The In Sight Commander Systems Analyzer converts your Point
Of Sale (POS) system into a complete server loss management
and performance manager. It is a suite of programs that resides
in
your POS computer.and continuously runs in the "background".
At a designated time each day, the Analyzer "wakes up" and
reads the information from your POS files that have been collected
during the day. The data for that day are then evaluated
statistically to determine patterns of behavior for each server.
The
behavior of each server is then compared to all other servers
who
have worked in that department and shift. The behavior is also
compared over time for trends analyses.
Why is it needed?
The Analyzer analyzes your POS data for very specific behavior
- under-performing or potentially-
dishonest servers. The Analyzer uses the computing power of
your POS server to apply
specialized behavioral analysis techniques to data already
collected.
How do you get started?
We already have "starter kit" for most hospitality
concepts, from full-service restaurants to bars to
quick-serve. We install the software into your POS server
computer, and the rest is automatic!

whenever a server shows activity outside your own predetermined
boundaries.
