Lewis's career as an architect is paralleled by a career as a painter and consequently his designs tend to take an artistic approach rather than a purely technical one. This is very evident in his work and filters down to the smallest details. His work is mostly contemporary in design, highly unique and sculptural. He has, however, developed enough diversification so that he may meet a design style that is best suited to a given area or region- and also to meet a client's individual criteria.

The firm has been honored with many awards for design excellence and has been published in numerous magazine publications. Lewis concentrates on a very diversified practice which includes custom residential homes, multi-family housing, commercial structures, and other custom facilities.
